Another great Tuesday!
Get ready to crank it up today.
We’ll hit a nice circuit warm up first which will incorporate running or rowing to get you prepped for the workout.
Today we’re doing 30 second max effort intervals with 1:30 recovery for 10 rounds.
We’ll also put in a 25 yard shuttle run option.
Make sure to watch your meters and keep consistent within 10 meters.
In the hunt for first place, but took second on the raft race.
We hunted down the first place team for 100 yards after getting a lousy start.
Look closely and you will see Jim’s finger tips holding on to the back of the vessel to keep us from pearling at the finish. I’m not quit sure how he was holding his paddle, neither is he.
We got edged out by two feet.
