High Intensity Intervals

Let’s increase the intensity on Tuesday with these Tabata stationary intervals!

The Training Room Triathlon is going to be well attended this Thursday!  We look forward to seeing you. Start time has changed to 7:16am to get an extra early heat in the line up.  If we are inside due to rain, we will be using all three rooms and there will be plenty of space and ventilation.  We can’t wait for this EPIC event!

We are collecting Thanksgiving Food Donations through Thanksgiving morning for Fulfill of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.  Feel free to leave any non-perishable items at either Avon or Manasquan Locations.  There is a drop off sign at each gym.
