Here are the Intervals and Sets:
45 work/ 15 rest x 3rds:
- Cardio choice (rower, bike, ski, run, JR, JJ, steps, sled, etc.)

- sq thrusts or slam ball
- cardio choice
- skaters
- Cardio choice
- High pull or Jump pulls
- cardio choice
- Bicycles, crab toes, or sit throughs
