You can do this cardio anytime just get a timer on your phone and GO! 

Here are the Intervals and Sets:

45 work/ 15 rest x 3rds:

  1. Cardio choice (rower, bike, ski, run, JR, JJ, steps, sled, etc.)
  2. swings
  3. cardio choice
  4. sq thrusts or slam ball
  5. cardio choice
  6. skaters
  7. Cardio choice
  8. High pull or Jump pulls
  9. cardio choice
  10. Bicycles, crab toes, or sit throughs
