Here are a few updates…

It looks like Training Room Point Beach will be opening up Tuesday evening for the kid’s class and then Wednesday morning at 6 am we’ll start back to our regular schedule.

We will hold our usual Thanksgiving class on Thursday at 8am.

Don’t forget about The Training Room Olympics on December 2 at 9am.

Here is your workout for today…

High Octane Conditioning:

Perform a movement followed by a bout of running, rowing, ski erg, or bike.

You can also substitute with jump rope (100 revs) or jumping jacks (50)

Go through this one time as fast as possible with out sacrificing form.

  • Run, row, or ski 250 meters or Airdyne (we’ll call this RRSA)
  • Snatch 10/10 reps
  • RRSA
  • 10/10 push-press
  • RRSA
  • 20 swings
  • RRSA
  • 20 squat thrust
  • RRSA
  • 20 jump, kip or fast assisted pull-ups
  • RRSA
  • 20/20 walk lunge w/kb
  • RRSA
  • 20 knees to chest, floor or bar
  • RRSA
  • 20 1/2 burpees.
