We’ve got a nice conditioning session for you today….

Start out with your usual joint mobility and do a kettlebell and body weight warm up to get prepped for this one.

Here’s a simple warm up that you can use.

You can use this format and make it specific to whatever you may be doing.

Here’s your high octane circuit….

You will be doing  minutes of straight work with a 1:30 rest between each round.

You will do 5 total rounds of this.

Do 30 seconds of each movement…

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
  • squat thrust or burpee
  • Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
  • High-pull
  • Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
  • Thrusters
  • Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
  • mountain climbers
  • power knees to chest or bicycles
