You will be seeing some different things from us in the next 2 weeks.

If you’ve been with us for the past 5-6 years, you may have seen this one.

This workout can be done with just one bell, but we’ll give other options for those who have a rower.

Start out with 5 minutes of joint mobility, then a 2 round circuit warm up.

Then, High Octane Conditioning!

We will do a series of kettlebell and body weight movements for 20 reps each, and between each one. will do your choice of conditioning modality.

Choices of modality between each movement include: 250 meter row, 200 meter ski, 0.3 mile air dyne, 100 revolutions on the jump rope or 50 jumping jacks.

Get through this 1 time as fast as possible:

Here I will list just the kettlebell and body weight movements, but between each one, you will do one of the modalites above:

  • Kettlebell snatches 10/10 or 20 snatch pulls
  • push ups 20
  • kettlebell swings 20
  • jumping or kipping pullups 20
  • reverse lunges 20
  • thrusters 20
  • sit ups 20
  • burpees 20
