Monday HIIT Training
It’s conditioning day at The Training Room!
It’s a good time to work in that HIIT Training!
Here are the intervals for each round…
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
- 20/10
The high intensity interval circuit will look like this…
- Row
- Ski or squat thrusts
- Step-ups or skaters
- Bike
- Jump rope, Jumping Jacks, or shuttle run
Take 90 seconds rest between rounds…
If there’s time we will do an AB finisher!
