Monday HIIT Training

It’s conditioning day at The Training Room!

It’s a good time to work in that HIIT Training!

Here are the intervals for each round…

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15
  5. 20/10

The high intensity interval circuit will look like this…

  • Row
  • Ski or squat thrusts
  • Step-ups or skaters
  • Bike
  • Jump rope, Jumping Jacks, or shuttle run

Take 90 seconds rest between rounds…

If there’s time we will do an AB finisher!
