We will pull out the conditioning deck.
You haven’t seen this one in a while.
Go through the entire deck of cards.
Here are the following suits and movements.
- Hearts= Body weight squats, drop squats, deck squats or surfer jumps
- Diamonds= Half burpees or knee tucks
- Spades=Jumping jacks or jump rope revolutions (double down the reps)
- Clubs= kettlebell high pulls or pull ups
- Face cards=10 reps
- Jokers= 10 burpees
