Saturday is conditioning day…

We will pull out the conditioning deck.

You haven’t seen this one in a while.

Go through the entire deck of cards.

Here are the following suits and movements.

  • Hearts= Body weight squats, drop squats, deck squats or surfer jumps
  • Diamonds= Half burpees or knee tucks
  • Spades=Jumping jacks or jump rope revolutions (double down the reps)
  • Clubs= kettlebell high pulls or pull ups


  • Face cards=10 reps
  • Jokers= 10 burpees
