Strength Couplets
7 rounds of 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest at each station
- Kettlebell snatches r/l
- Kettlebell split squat r/l
- Ring row/push up
- Med ball sit and reach/knees to chest
For example, do 15 seconds of snatches on the right, rest for 15 seconds, then do 15 seconds of snatches on the left. Do this for 7 rounds while maintaning your reps throughout.
Rest for one minute, move on to the next station.
Reminder: There is no class at 5 pm today.
