Holiday Training Details!

As always, our holiday workouts are done Training Room Style!

Please NOTE: We are having 3 classes ONLY on Monday!  You should still sign up on the ZenPlanner Member App OR the Training Room Online Calendar.

If you had already signed up for 6am, 7am or 9am classes for Monday… we apologize for not updating for the Holiday!  Here is where we will be on Monday:

  • AVON – Warrior Beach @8am
  • AVON – Courtyard @8am
  • MANASQUAN – Courtyard @8am

Now for the all important “Workout” information… you may do the workout posted below… or you may do something different.  Keep an open mind and enjoy the day whatever you decide to do!  

Strength Conditioning Descending Ladder

YOU choose how you want to descend.  Start at the top and work your way down.

THIS is sure to be a fun one!

20/16/12/8/4 or 10/8/6/4/2:

  1. Pull-ups, jump pulls, or ring rows
  2. Crawl or Shldr taps: 
  3. Lunges
  4. Shuttle run 10-2 laps – Or cardio (calories) if available
  5. Push up regular, hindu or downward dog:
  6. Broad jump or swings (if bells are available)
  7. JJs 50-10 or sq thrusts
  8. Knee to chest or crab toe touches

For all of you far away or staying home for the Holiday…

THIS one is for YOU! 

Your Intervals will be 30 seconds of work / 30  seconds of rest for 6 total rounds

  1. Upper Body Pull (pullups, ring rows, statics etc)
  2. Single Leg Squat (pistol, split, step down, etc)
  3. Upper Body Push (push-ups, hindu, dips, inverted, etc)
  4. Lower body posterior( leg curl, supermans, hip bridge, etc)
  5. Abs (plank, side plank, walkout, mt. climbers, v-sits, bicycles, crawling, side bends, twists, etc.)
