It’s a hybrid deck of cards for Wednesday!
Hybrid deck of cards simply means you will be working on some strength while ALSO getting that heart muscle pumping!
DOCs of Strength and Cardio! AKA….Hybrid!
We know that the deck of cards of strength and cardio is just what you are looking for on Wednesday!
This will be a weel rounded combination of both strength movements and some cardio intervals.
Go through the entire deck using the following movements and cardio intervals.
- Swings, cleans, or deadlift choice
- Squat press (or you can mix it up with just squat or just press)
Cardio intervals will look like this…
- Aces: Forty five seconds
- Tens and face cards: Forty seconds
- 8-9: Thirty five seconds
- 6-7’s: Thirty seconds
- 4-5’s: Twenty five seconds
- 2-3’s: Twenty seconds
Cardio exercises can be any of the following…
- Ski erg
- jump rope
- jumping jacks
- step ups
- run in place, skip in place or short shuttles
- Dance moves
