Hybrid Training for Wednesday!

Strength and conditioning hybrid training will be a nice mix of both.

This is a fun one!

Here’s what it looks like…

20/10 x10 sets (5 minutes)

The strength exercises are done as couplets and the cardio will be  20/10 x 10 but not all out.

Use a moderate intensity on the cardio.

Strength couplet

20/10 x 10 sets (5 minutes)

  • ring row
  • pushups (modify, elevate or add weight ir you wish
Cardio

20/10 x 10 sets (5 minutes)

  • Bike or sled push or pull
Strength couplet

20/10 x 10 sets (5 minutes)

  • Swing or deadlift
  • squat choice
Cardio
  • Rower (5 minutes)
Strength couplet

20/10 x 10 sets (5 minutes)

  • Ab choice
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag 
Cardio

20/10 x 10 sets (5 minutes)

  • Ski erg
