The pushing movement of the jerks works well with the pull of the rower.  

The squat thrusts add a nice full body conditioning component.

If you don’t have a rower, you can substitute with kettlebell high pulls 10-1

I was also toying with the idea of double-unders on the jump rope. That would have made this a little longer and more brutal.

I didn’t time this, but I think it took around 20 minutes to complete.

As the reps get less, try to push yourself a little harder and take less or no rest between.
