Lets get ourselves ready with our usual joint mobility wake up.
Warm up with a two round kettlebell and body weight warm up that should look like this:
Round 1
- 10 swings
- 10 push ups
- 10 high pulls
- 5 presses
- 5 squats
- 5 thrusters
- 5/5 one arm rows
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Round 2:
- One handed swings 5/5
- 8 push ups
- 4/4 cleans
- 4/4 racked front squats
- 4/4 presses
- 4 burpees
- 4/4 snatches
- 8 mountain climbers
- 15 jumping jacks
This should leave you nice and toasty warm, and ready to do this!:
Using your favorite conditioning kettlebell, do 3o second intervals non-stop of each movement.
Transition from one movement to the next with out rest.
This will be 3 minutes of non-stop kettlebell and body weight euphoria!!
Take a 1:30 rest between each set and do 6 total sets.
The movements are…..
- Kettlebell swings
- burpees
- kettlebell snatches ( stay on one side for each round and alternate sides for each round)
- mountain climbers
- kettlebell high pulls or cleans
- 1 or 2 arm kettlebell thruster
