Lets get ourselves ready with our usual joint mobility wake up.

Warm up with a two round kettlebell and body weight warm up that should look like this:

Round 1

  • 10 swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 high pulls
  • 5 presses
  • 5 squats
  • 5 thrusters
  • 5/5 one arm rows
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Round 2:

  • One handed swings 5/5
  • 8 push ups
  • 4/4 cleans
  • 4/4 racked front squats
  • 4/4 presses
  • 4 burpees
  • 4/4 snatches
  • 8 mountain climbers
  • 15 jumping jacks

This should leave you nice and toasty warm, and ready to do this!:

Using your favorite conditioning kettlebell, do 3o second intervals non-stop of each movement.

Transition from one movement to the next with out rest.

This will be 3 minutes of non-stop kettlebell and body weight euphoria!!

Take a 1:30 rest between each set and do 6 total sets.

The movements are…..

  • Kettlebell swings
  • burpees
  • kettlebell snatches ( stay on one side for each round and alternate sides for each round)
  • mountain climbers
  • kettlebell high pulls or cleans
  • 1 or 2 arm kettlebell thruster
