Here at The Training Room, we are fortunate enough to offer indoor outdoor strength options.

Friday’s strength focus will be both inside and outside utilizing the entire space for this strength circuit.

Strength Circuit

35/25 x 5 rounds

  • Dumbbell chest press (inside)
  • Kettlebell deadlift (inside)
  • Ring row or pull up (outside)
  • Slant squats (outside)
  • Ab choice (outside)
  • cardio choice (outside)
