Intense Conditioning Intervals

Wednesday is Stationary Conditioning Intervals! 

And don’t forget about the Training Room Holiday Party THIS Friday evening!  Always a good time!

Here’s Wednesday’s Workout:

You will work for 20 seconds / rest for 10 seconds for 8 sets on ONE exercise!

Rest 1:30 between each set.

There are a total of 6 sets:

  1. Swings, Cleans, Snatches, Broad Jumps or standing jumps
  2. Cardio Choice
  3. Push Press, half burpees or shoulder taps
  4. Cardio Choice
  5. Burpees, squat thrust or long cycle
  6. Drop squats, jump squats or air squats

Let’s UP the INTENSITY!  Dig deep and give it your all… especially on those last few sets!
