Intense Conditioning 

Happy SPRING!  We are excited for more Courtyard action in the coming days and weeks!

THIS Workout is Intense!  Work hard but work smart! 

If you aren’t used to intense cardio keep it at a moderate pace so you can still push yourself but feel good afterwards!

Here’s the Conditioning Circuit: 

  1. Cardio Choice 100m + 5 Burpees or Squat Thrusts or Knee Tucks
  2. Cardio Choice 200m + 10 Burpees
  3. Cardio Choice 300m + 15 Burpees
  4. Cardio Choice 400m + 20 Burpees 
  5. ** Advanced Cardio Choice 500m + 25 Burpees
  6. Cardio Choice 400m + 20 Burpees 
  7. Cardio Choice 300m + 15 Burpees
  8. Cardio Choice 200m + 10 Burpees
  9. Cardio Choice 100m + 5 Burpees

Cardio Choices can be Run (distance), Rower, Bike (x2), Ski, Bodyweight Options, etc…

Beginners can choose to do only one 400m Interval set.
