We WILL be kicking it old school on Monday with a classic Training Room interval conditioning session!


Repeating the last 4 week block of workouts so let’s pick up the pace and see if we can all see some improvement.

We are planning out the next few months with some fun events that we can ALL train for and partake in.

Fitness is fun when you are training for something with your pals!

Don’t forget…

The Manasquan Inlet Tug is this Saturday.

Team Training Room will be competing against The LIFT Gym or Point Pleasant Beach.

This is quite an amazing event that you won’t want to miss.

Our heat will go off around 1:30.
