Today is interval conditioning day.

You can do this with a partner or solo.

If you are partnered up, as you are working, your partner will be resting.

If doing this one solo, you will rest for the time it took to perform the interval.


  • 4 x 250 meters
  • 3 x 500 meters
  • 2 x 750 meters
  • 1 x 1,000 meters (optional)
