Interval Conditioning Circuit
Tuesday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room with a nice 6 station interval conditioning circuit.
Your intervals per round will look like this…
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
- 20/10
Conditioning circuit
- Jump pulls or band pulls
- Mountain climbers or crawls
- High pulls
- Drop squats. air squats or squat jumps
- Squat thrusts or slam
- Cardio choice ( bike, ski, versa, or run)
