Friday is an interval conditioning day.

Here’s a 4 exercise interval conditioning circuit.

Here are your interval rounds.
  1. 1 minute on 30 seconds off
  2. 2 minutes on 1 minute off
  3. 3 minutes on 1:30 off

Here are your exercises in the circuit!

  • Row
  • Ski, squat thrust , or burpee
  • Bike or Jump rope
  • Run, Jumping jacks, or Step ups
