Interval Conditioning Focus Tuesday
Tuesday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room and you will have a variety of things to choose from for your 1 minute interval conditioning day!
Select a total of 3 itmes from any of the following…
We will be completing a total of 15 sets (30 minutes total)
You can choose cardio machines, kettlebell sport movements, body weight stuff or other conditioning tools.
Mix it up if you want.

- Bike
- Ski
- Versa Climber
- Run
- Jump rope
- Step up
- Squat thrusts or burpees
- Med ball slams
- Bulgarian Bag
- Kettlebell clean
- Kettlebell Jerk
- Long cycle
- Kettlebell Snatch
