YES, Thursday is a conditioning day and here’s what’s lined up for you.

Conditioning interval ladders will look like this..

6 rounds of the conditioning circuit…

  • 30/15
  • 40/20
  • 60/30
  • 60/30
  • 40/20
  • 30/15

Here’s the 5 station circuit

  1. ski
  2. bike
  3. row
  4. squat thrust or slam
  5. Jump rope, Jumping jacks, Step ups, or Run
