Here’s the exercise prescription…
15 second sprints / 30 seconds of active recovery (keep moving) x 10 sets of each item.
- Battle ropes or inertiawave AR plank or move around in place
- Ski erg AR box step-ups
- Burpees, squat thrust or slam ball AR farmer carry
- Bike or row sprint on Level 10 AR easy spin level 1
The inertia wave is a great way to get the effects and benefits of doing sprints but with low impact on the joints.
