Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

Here is your interval circuit!

Perform 1 minute of work at each station non stop until you finish all 5

Rest for 1 minute and repeat 4 more times for a grand total of 5 rounds.

  1. ski erg,slam ball or squat thrust
  2. step ups or run the stairs
  3. Jump rope or shuttle run
  4. rower or kettlebell high pulls
  5. Air Dyne bike or any other body weight calisthenic such as jumping jacks
