Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.
Here is your interval circuit!
Perform 1 minute of work at each station non stop until you finish all 5
Rest for 1 minute and repeat 4 more times for a grand total of 5 rounds.
- ski erg,slam ball or squat thrust
- step ups or run the stairs
- Jump rope or shuttle run
- rower or kettlebell high pulls
- Air Dyne bike or any other body weight calisthenic such as jumping jacks
