Intervals for strength!

There will be some heavy intervals for strength supersets waiting for you on Friday!

The perfect follow up to yesterday’s sprint session.

Your work and rest intervals will be 30/30 x 5 rounds of the following couplets

Couplet 1 (5 rounds)

  • Heavy swings or Dead lift choice
  • Dumbbell or kettlebell chest press or floor press.

Couplet 2 (5 rounds)

  • Squat
  • Ring, band, or body weight pull-ups

Triplet finish

30/15 x 5 rounds
