Intervals of Strength or Cardio

So far it seems like everyone at The Training Room is enjoying the flexible training protocal.

Feedback has been ALL positive so far on the workouts.

It’s been about a 50/50 split between the groups choosing the strength and cardio so far.

Wednesday will be an interval strength or cardio option.

Keeping it simple and easy flowing.

Here are your options…

Strength Supersets 30 seconds of work 30 seconds of rest for 5 rounds of each superset (alternating)

Superset 1 (upper body pull and push)

Rest 1 minute

Superset 2 (lower body push and pull)

Rest 1 minute

Superset 3 (finisher)
  • Abs
  • Cardio choice

Cardio Intervals (30 seconds hard/30 seconds easy for 5 rounds or 10 sets of each item)

Rest 1 minute between each item.

  • Row or run
  • Ski or jump rope
  • Bike

You can also substitute any of the above with a kettlebell sport movement if you are training for “Beers and Bells”.
