We’ll give you the row or run option today.

If you plan on competing in the upcoming marathon row, we suggest you choose the row option.

This workout is best done with a partner, but can also be done solo.

Row or run intervals: Alternate with your partner.

  • 4 x 250 meters
  • 3 x 500 meters
  • 2 x 750 meters

Solo will rest for the amount of time it took to do the interval.
