It was a nice group today!  We did five rounds of these six with work/rest of:

30/30, 30/25, 30/20, 30/15, 20/10

  1. Elbows to knees
  2. Jumping pullups
  3. Push press
  4. Kb swings or snatches
  5. Kb or Sb high pulls
