It’s a great Saturday!
It was nice to wake up this morning to bright sunshine.
We’ve got a nice conditioning workout planned for today, and looks like we can bring it outside a little.
As the weather starts to break, we’ll be heading back out into the court yard of cruss whenever we can.
Today’s workout will be three, eight round couplets of 15 seconds work, 15 seconds rest at each station.
Go all out for the 15 second interval and try to stay consistant with your intensity on each one.
Couplet 1:
- Kettlebell high pulls
- Battling ropes, slam ball, or band swimmer
Couplet 2:
- Burpees
- Rower, jump rope or sprint in place
Couplet 3:
- Thruster (use whatever you want,kb,mb,db, or sb)
- V-sit or mountain climber
Take 1-2 minute rest between couplets.
