Do this with partner or solo.

If you’re working with a partner, you will start out with 1 mile on the rower, or do a one mile run.

If your training with us here at the gym, you also have the option of getting on the ski erg for 1 mile.

After you complete your mile, partners will do

  • 200 pull ups or ring rows
  • 200 push ups
  • 200 air squats

If  you are going solo, you will do

  • 100 pull ups
  • 200 push ups
  • 300 air squats

You will then finish with a mile run or row.
