Four Rounds of Conditoning

Intervals (work/rest) on the GymBoss:
  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20 
  3. 25/15 
  4. 20/10  

The Circuit:

  1. Jumping pullups (rings, USA or bar)
  2. Mountain Climbers 
  3. Air Dyne Sprints 
  4. D-ball thrusters 
  5. Kettlebell high pulls 
  6. Kneeling slam ball 
  7. Kettlebell swings 
  8. Burpees

The USA is great in a circuit with large groups because you don't need to make any adjustments.
