- 25/15
- 20/10
The Circuit:
- Jumping pullups (rings, USA or bar)
- Mountain Climbers
- Air Dyne Sprints
- D-ball thrusters
- Kettlebell high pulls
- Kneeling slam ball
- Kettlebell swings
- Burpees
The USA is great in a circuit with large groups because you don't need to make any adjustments.
