GymBoss Intervals look like this:
  • round 1: 30/25
  • round 2: 30/20
  • round 3: 25/15
  • round 4: 20/10

Movements are:

  1. jumping pullups
  2. Ceiling ball
  3. Rower
  4. Mountain climbers
  5. kettlebell swings
  6. push ups
  7. med ball twist or rotational slam ball
  8. Air Dyne sprints

One minute recovery between rounds
