Warm up with some head to toe joint mobility.

Then, do two round circuit warm up to get your heart rate up in order to prepare for the workout.

Today we’ll be busting out a nice efficient conditioning workout with a few options at each station.

You can make this one as difficult as you want.

We’ll be doing 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station.

Complete all 6 rounds before moving on to the next station.

Take a minute rest between rounds.

Here are the stations:

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • Mountain climbers or rope variations
  • Air squats or kettlebell jump squats
  • Power v sit or slam ball
  • Single or double kettlebell swings
  • Single arm kettlebell or dumbell push press
