Happy Saturday!

By the looks of the fountain, there appeared to be nice happy hour last night.

Sorry I missed it.

Today’s workout should take care of those empty happy hour calories.

We”ll start with joint mobility, and then move on to a kettlebell and body weight warm up before we whip out the deck.

Go through the entire deck!

Here are the exercises:

  • Hearts=kettlebell snatches r/l
  • Diamonds=kettlebell push press or jerk
  • Spades=1 arm rows or pull ups/ring rows
  • Clubs= kettlebell split squats

For those of you who are new to the deck, you will split up the reps between sides.

Face cards=10

Aces=12 reps

Jokers= 10 burpees
