Warm up with joint mobility and basic kettlebell movements.
Go through the entire deck using a heavy kettlebell.
Use good technique.
Split the reps up between sides on the one handed movements.
If you are not comfortable doing snatches, you will do swings.
Each suit will represent a movement
- hearts=snatches or swings r/l
- Spades=jerks or push presses
- clubs= one arm rows or pull ups
- diamonds=front squats or split squats
Aces=12 reps
Jokers= 10 burpees
Take your time and do this with great form.
