July 4 Workouts
Training Room family!
We will run our last class tonight (Tuesday) at 4 PM.
July 4th workouts are at 8 AM only in Manasquan and on the beach in Avon.
Come get your pregame calorie burn on!
We will be doing something like this…
40/20×5:rounds of the following minimal equipment conditioning circuit
- Jump or fast pull up
- Crawl
- Air or drop squat
- Inertia wave or ski / run
- Jump rope, or step
1:20 rest between rounds
