We will run our last class tonight (Tuesday) at 4 PM.

July 4th workouts are at 8 AM only in Manasquan and on the beach in Avon.

We will be doing something like this…

40/20×5:rounds of the following minimal equipment conditioning circuit

  • Jump or fast pull up
  • Crawl
  • Air or drop squat
  • Inertia wave or ski / run
  • Jump rope, or step

1:20 rest between rounds
