Double Kettlebell Complex
Warm up with 5 minutes of getups switching hands with every rep.
Go through this sequence 5 times with a 2 minute rest between rounds.
- 5 double kettlebell deadlifts
- 5 double kettlebell cleans
- 5 double kettlebell jerks
- 5 double kettlebell front squats
- 5 double kettlebell snatches
- 5 double kettlebell thrusters
This complex can also be done with barbell or a sand bag.
