This is one o our favorite strength workouts!
Go heavy and take your time with this.
Partner up if possible, if not then go through as a circuit.
Try to work up to heavier bells as you go.
We started with our joint mobility and body weight warm up to wake up the body a bit, then grabbed a medium weight warm-up bell and went through a few basic movements.

5 sets of 5 with a partner
- kettlebell clean and press r/l (strict press)
- renegade row 5/5
- kettlebell split squat(rack or suitcase)
- Power wheel rollouts or walkouts
