5 sets of 5 reps alternating with the Candy Man
Completing all 5 sets of one movement before moving on to the next one
- Double kettlebell front squats 5 (used the 28’s for the first three sets and the 32s for the last two)
- Pull ups: 5 sets of 5 reps with 20 kg’s
- See saw presses 5 (double 28’s)
We finished with 5 sets of prowler push pull
Great workout!
Reallly enjoying the double kettlebell work in combination with the high rep jerks and rowing in the ocean with the Milkman.
