Yesterday we blew out the conditioning so today we’ll hit a nice strength workout.

This is one of our favorite strength routines

Partner up, or do this solo.

Try to work up in weight if possible

We’ll give you a few progressions for each movement

Check the video library today for a description and demo of this workout filed under strength workouts.

Complete all 5 sets of one movement before going to the next. You work while your partner rests.

Start out with 5 minutes of get ups.

5 reps for five sets of:

  • kettlebell split squats r/l
  • Kettlebell or dumbell renegade row
  • One or two kettlebell 1 leg dead lift
  • Kettlebell clean and press r/l
