Perform each movement for 30 seconds with no rest until all 6 movements are complete.

Rest for 1:30, then repeat 5 more times.

Do a total of 6 rounds:
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Burpees 
  • Kettlebell sntaches R/L  
  • Mountain climbers 
  • Kettlebell cleans 
  • Kettlebell thrusters
