Perform each movement for 30 seconds with no rest until all 6 movements are complete.
Rest for 1:30, then repeat 5 more times.
Do a total of 6 rounds:
- Kettlebell swings
- Burpees
- Kettlebell sntaches R/L
- Mountain climbers
- Kettlebell cleans
- Kettlebell thrusters
