Get ready for a great week of training.

We’ll start the week off with some simple kettlebell and body weight conditioning.

This is something all of you vacation cruise people will need after engorging yourselves all week.

The Milkman and I wish we could have been there.

You have the option of staying on one side for the swings, snatches, high pulls and thrusters to make this more challenging.

If you do this, you will switch sides with each round and complete 6 rounds.

Or, you can do your swings, high pulls and thrusters with two hands on the bell.  You can also substitute snatch pulls for snatches if you want.

This is 3 minutes of work with 1:30 rest between each round.
