Tonight after the 5pm class we’ll be meeting at 9th Ave Pier in Belmar to celebrate Milkman and Tommy J’s Ironman finish!

This goes for all Training Room Avon or Point Pleasant Beach members as well as any online subscribers in the area.

Today we’ll be kicking it old school today with some simple circuit conditioning.

Circuits are still the best way to train large groups of people efficiently.

If you plan on attending the 5pm class tonight, we are supposed to be training out on the Avon board walk.

The workout will be live on channel 12.

Hopefully the weather will hold up.

Here’s today’s conditioning circuit.

5 rounds

Here are the work/rest intervals for each round..

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10
  5. 20/10
Here’s the circuit
  • 15 yard shuttle run or Jumping Jacks
  • pushups or 1/2 Burpees
  • drop squats
  • Russian twist or power visits
  • Jump Rope or hop hoops
  • Mountain Climbers
  • kb high pull
  • squat thrust
