We’ll start with our joint mobility wake up and then move on to our circuit warm up to get the heart rate up and ready for today’s double trouble conditioning.

Here’s an example of our circuit warm up: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 2 non-stop rounds.

  • Body weight rows
  • Bamboo stick overhead squats
  • Push ups
  • Jumping jacks/or run in place
  • kettlebell swings
  • Bicycles
  • Med ball thrusters

Today’s double conditioning circuit:

Go through circuit A, and then circuit B

30 seconds work/20 second rest for 4 rounds non-stop at each circuit, then take one minute rest and go to the next.

Circuit A:

  • Shuttle Run or Jump rope
  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • Mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell clean/squat

Circuit B:

  • Wall ball
  • rower
  • slam ball
  • kettlebell swings
