Here’s your pre polar plunge conditioning session!
Use a circuit warm up to get the juices flowing…
You will be doing three different triplets.
Intervals will be 20 seconds work/20 seconds work/20 seconds work x 3 rounds non stop ( 3 minutes) at each triplet.
Take 1:30 rest between each one.
Triplet 1:
- Kettlebell snatch or swing (right)
- Kettlebell snatch or swing (left)
- Squat thrusts
Rest 1:30
Triplet 2
- Rope variations
- Kettlebell high pull
- sprint in place or jacks
Rest 1:30
Triplet 3
- Kettlebell swings
- bear crawl
- crab toe touch or bicycles
Repeat the entire thing again!
