Here’s your pre polar plunge conditioning session!

Use a circuit warm up to get the juices flowing…

You will be doing three different triplets.

Intervals will be 20 seconds work/20 seconds work/20 seconds work x 3 rounds non stop ( 3 minutes) at each triplet.

Take 1:30 rest between each one.

Triplet 1:

  • Kettlebell snatch or swing (right)
  • Kettlebell snatch or swing (left)
  • Squat thrusts

Rest 1:30

Triplet 2

  • Rope variations
  • Kettlebell high pull
  • sprint in place or jacks

Rest 1:30

Triplet 3

  • Kettlebell swings
  • bear crawl
  • crab toe touch or bicycles

Repeat the entire thing again!
