Another great day at the Jersey Shore!

Here’s a great strength and conditioning combination.  This just happens to be a favorite of the Milkman and Uncle Mike.

If you train in this manner, you will soon see that traditional “cardio” workouts could not hold a candle to this style of training.

In this particular workout we used two stations (couplets) and performed each one for a total of 10 minutes.

We used 15 seconds work with a 15 second rest and alternated between each movement at each couplet.

We took a 3 minute rest between couplet.

Couplet 1

  • Kettlebell,dumbell,barbell or Heavy D-ball thrusters
  • Pull ups, ring,or band assisted

Couplet 2

  • double kettlebell swing or snatch
  • v sit, or swing set knees to chest

Try to maintain a consistent rep scheme through out.
