Thirty Minutes Kettlebell and Body Weight Strength
Monday brings us to strength day with thirty minutes of kettlebell and body weight strength.
At The Training Room, ALL of our strength sessions are full body for the simple reason that this is how we function as humans.
In real life situations, we are using just about every muscle in our bodies, so why not train in this manner?
Warm up
Prepare the body for rigorus activity so we can perform better and not get injured.
We’ll be warming up with a kettlebell for this one.
This strength session will be done at your own pace while, as always, focusing on movement technique.
Move through the following exercises for thirty minutes.
- Single leg deadlift 5/5
- Push ups 10
- Swings 10, Cleans 5/5 or High pulls 10
- Press 5/5
- Split squat 5/5
- Rows 5/5 or 5 pull ups
- Ab choice 10
- Calories 10, Jump rope 100, or 50 Jumping jacks.
Have an amazing week!
Try this single leg deadlift variation!
Here’s a comparison of the some movements done with kettlebells and dumbbells!
Both work great!
