  • 5/5 kettlebell snatches
  • 10 push ups (modified, regular, divebomb or hindu)
  • 5/5 kettlebell split squats 
  • 10 pullups or ring rows 
  • 10 v-sits 

Use a kettlebell that's on the heavy side.

Take you time and do good reps
