Today we’ll be doing a simple kettlebell and body weight circuit.
All kettlebell movements will be with one handed.
We’ll start out with some joint mobility and our kettlebell and body weight warm up to get acclimated.
Here’s the circuit: We’ll be performing 30 seconds on each side
60/30 x 4 rounds of
- One arm ring rows r/l
- Split squats r/l
- inch worms or power wheel walks
- one handed kettlebell swings
- one handed kettlebell push presses
